We were told that our car needed a software update and an oil change. When we got there we were told the car already had the software update which we thought we had already completed. Then was told we didn’t. Really disappointed in your record keeping and then after waiting 1 1/2 hour was told to take home a courtesy car because they were having trouble with the update?? Had to drive back the next day to pick up car and I’ m still not convinced that my car really got the update???
