The service did not properly share the oil consumption test that was being performed, the implications and consequences if the test was not properly performed. We are disappointed in the level of service and lack of solutions that were provided. The team should have taken more time to describe the issue, especially since Volvo issued a quality bulletin (which I had to find for myself on the internet).

I must return again today. There is a broken AC vent that probably occurred during the detailing. It fell off on the drive home when I turned a corner. (I’d be surprised if someone didn’t know this was broken.)
I also notice the windows (interior) are not cleaned well. I’ll finish that myself, but for a $300 detailing charge I expected better.

The person that checked me in was incredibly rude! When I arrived the bay was full so I parked in a spot so my car was not hanging out in the middle of the parking lot while I waited to check in. She barked at me to move my car in before even taking my name. There is often confusion around my maintenance package pulling up and when I tried to preface that I had one and confirming it was showing she again barked that it was. Not ever 15 seconds later she is trying to charge me for my oil change and insisting that it’s expired. When she finally sees it’s valid she tells me to continue signing and when I do in the wrong spot yells at me as she whips

Only the front of the car was vacuumed. While the service advisor was very responsive and communicated very well, I had to explain that a software update was available for my car and which at first he tried to tell me there was not. After a while he said there was one but it’s hard to trust the ability level of the service department if I feel like I know more about my car then the people servicing it?
