After being without my car for 3 weeks of service, I finally got the call that it was complete and ready for pick up. Upon getting home I realized that 3 of 4 wheels were noticeably scuffed while in McGrath's care. The dealership is an hour drive for me so not only is it inconvenient to drive back during service business hours, gas isn't cheap to be going back and forth. Very frustrating

I have been a loyal customer. I purchase my vehicle there and have both my vehicles serviced there. I’ve noticed there last few times that the level of service has deteriorated. My service tech this time was abrupt and dismissive. I came in for a simple service appointment for a low pressure tire, over 2 hours without a repair. I told the tech I was in a hurry, no response. I will be going to Fields for my service. I purchased 4 New tires from a different dealer.

I waited 2 hrs for an oil change and air filter service ( 20,000 mile service )Upon completion I was told they had a rear number skid plate that was an issue when I bought my vehicle and they would replace it under the warranty if I had time, I agreed because I live 50 min. away. I was told it would be 30 min. They called me an Uber so I could have lunch, thank you. I was called approx. 1 hr. later to tell me my vehicle was done. I got back and saw my vehicle outside so I went to look at the skid plate. The new skid plate was on but my bumper has a chip out of the paint( my vehicle is silver and the paint chip was black, approx. 1/2 chip. I also noticed 3 cuts in the rear bumper approx. 1” long each in succession. It looked like it was from a razor knife. I showed this to the service department and she said she would take it in the back and have them touch it up. ??????? I then explained that this needed to be repainted but I guess she didn’t think so, so she took it I guess to the body shop. When she left I talked with the other service dept. personal and told him I wanted to talk with someone above her. He stated he would go back there and look at it. They came back and stated they would repaint it next week when they had a rental for me. Total time I was there approx. 4-41/2 hrs. For and oil,filter,air filter service and for you to damage my vehicle with the skid plate placement. Now I have to drive back next week 50. min. drop it off then 50 min. back home then do it again to pick up my vehicle and hopefully it will be fixed correctly. I don’t feel the woman in service had enough experience or professionalism to be there to handle my issue, sorry but that’s my feeling from dealing with many service departments in my life time. The damage that was done was from someone that just got hired or from someone that shouldn’t have taken the job on. What really pissed me off was I wasn’t told of the damage. If you are a professional and damage something then tell the customer. The paint chip and 3 razor cuts for that job was unprofessional and unacceptable . Now what will it look like when I pick it up? After this who knows, very disappointed and thinking of taking it elsewhere for my 3 year service.
