I waited 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and software update. I was quoted 2 hours. Granted, I added the tire rotation, but 4 hours seems excessive. Jasmine was great, navigating whatever was going on behind the scenes, hurrying up the people in the back, she tried her best.

When I called to make an appointment for tire rotation I was told that the cost was covered by my extended warranty. When I came in I was told that it would cost $60.00! Conflicting information about costs is a sure way to lose me as a service customer. I told the service writer (who was polite but couldn't help me) to cancel my appointment and I went to Discount Tire where I had them balanced at no charge. Needless to say I was not "completely satisfied with my overall service experience." Norm Musur

It will be the last time I’m going to service my car at Mcgrath volvo. Service representative never gave any update on the vehicle status and did not follow up on my concerns with vehicle. Quite frankly I was trying to give more business to Mcgrath when I asked how much will it cost to fix and the representative was rude and was trying to get me out the door. My concern was related to engine excessive oil consumption and whats required to fix it. The answer I got is that we don’t know unless we take engine apart. Really? This was known issue with Volvo and you need to take engine apart to tell the problem?? It’s unbelievable…I’m not a mechanic but even I know thats a BS answer

I brought my car in to be looked at for an airbag light turning on I dropped off my car in the afternoon and was told it would take a few hours for diagnostics. I decided to leave and pick up my car later after diagnostics have been completed. I received a text message requesting me to answer some service questions after diagnostics were completed. I declined the majority of the services and completed The questionnaire. At the end of the questionnaire it stated that I should wait patiently for the dealership to contact me when my car was ready for pickup. Hours went by and I didn't hear from anyone so around 6:00 I decided to call in myself because I had questions about what needed to be done and what my possible options were. Unfortunately when I called in I was told that service was leaving for the day or had already left and was transferred to My service coordinator Jasmine who luckily had not left yet. I asked Jasmine my questions and got a response filled with a lot of unnecessary attitude and annoyance. Evidently Jasmine wanted to go home and I was delaying her. She suggested I pick up my car the next day when the dealership opens. I told her I absolutely not that I needed to pick up my car that day and I then proceeded to ask if I will ever be receiving a phone call from the service department after a service is completed again. Jasmine proceeded to tell me that no I should not expect a phone call from the service department and that the questionnaire that I filled out was sufficient enough and I should have known to pick up my car when I declined all the services versus waiting for a call back. Jasmine then requested that I pay for the service in order to pick up my car over the phone so that I may pick up my car from the sales team afterward. I really was not very comfortable paying by giving my credit card number over the phone but that is the position I was put in regardless. If possible somebody should tell Jasmine that at the end of the questionnaire I am instructed to wait for a call back from the dealership after services have been provided in order to pick up my car. All together today Jasmine was very unhelpful and put me in a situation in which I had to rush and try to get payment in in order to get my car returns me the same day. I'm not too sure why Jasmine believed that I would be picking up the next day after completing diagnostics and declining services I feel it would be no reason for me to leave my car with the dealership for no reason It seemed Jasmine only wanted to go home and was not interested in assisting me answering my questions, or returning my car in a timely manner. She also proceeded to excuse herself by telling me that the reason why they don't call anymore is because they wear short-staffed today and she was"running all over the place" and "barely at her desk". I failed to recognize being busy at work as an excuse for not doing your job. All together my first time at McGrath Volvo was not the pleasant one. I understand her job may be stressful or busy but I do expect some communication on behalf of the dealership when dealing with service.

From arrival to when given my keys to leave, it took about 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. But the person taking care of me was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated how nice he was.
