Seems like customer service should be top priority. Waited 2 hours with no updates. Was told 1-1/2 hours. Need to go over and ask for update. Was told ~5 minutes, but waited another 15 minutes. On my prior recall visit (~2 weeks ago) was told it was ~$300 to have the 20k maintenance done. I asked what was involved and they told me oil change….. on the EV (XC40 Recharge)? Then said cabin filter change. I was concerned I was getting the run around. Had to then bring back for this visit as it was free…. as I found out after talking to Alex (my salesperson). Not sure about returning here to be honest.

Can’t seem to get through the phone lines to the service department yesterday and today after multiple attempts and VMs. I did get a call back from the front desk and was assured of a call from the service manager and I’m still waiting to be contacted regarding some follow up questions.

My console was fine when I dropped my car off and now it does not lock. In addition we were charged for a 40K mileage service, but we were told we would not have been responsible for the 40K service as the car which is leased was used. Because of this I will not be purchasing this vehicle from McGrath; my next vehichle will be from any other dealer. Very disappointed.

The porter service was a disaster beginning with picking the car up an hour late to losing my car for an entire day for a basic one year oil change/check. Thankfully I received a call stating the car was going to be returning because it was going to the wrong address even tho we had our new address for pick up and drop off on our online request for service! Someone attempted to wash my car but it was sloppy and I've had better at a gas station car wash! The porter returning my car called my husband who was out of town to tell him they were in my driveway. My husband had to tell them to go ring the doorbell! Why call my husband when my phone contact was used all day long??!! You should think about covering for service Ubers for your customers instead. What a disappointing experience and loss of a productive day for me. On the positive side, the staff was pleasant.

The oil change took 3 hours. I showed up half an hour early and I didn’t leave until 3 hours later. There was no apology or anything. Plus, I didn’t get any updates on how much longer it would be until 2 hours and 45 minutes into my appointment.
