I had to call 3 times, after they’d had my car for almost 6 hours to get a status update. Only to find that the code I’d come for had cleared. The 1 part I needed (a handle for the seat in second row is avail for $12 and Mark quotes $155! Wow.
I have not had a single positive experience at this dealership. I will make the drive to Schaumberg for any warranty work in the future.
