I made an appt the week before my service and supplied the mileage at the time of making the appt. I was not told that my vehicle was not eligible for dent and ding repair when making the appt. On the day of service, I was told that my vehicle had too many miles to be eligible for repair. I told the service provider that I wanted it completed anyway. There was very little communication throughout the day about the progress with my vehicle. When I contacted the rep to check on progress they told me again that dent and ding wasn’t covered. I again told them to proceed. They said that the tech had gone to the Audi dealership so they couldn’t do it that day anymore. I drove 1.5 hours from Wisconsin specifically for this service. I expressed my displeasure and they told me that I could keep the loaner and come back two days later to get my vehicle if I still wanted repair and wanted to pay for it myself. In addition, the major dent was in the vehicle when I purchased it last January and I was told to bring it back within a year to be fixed. The sales experience with John last year was fabulous. The service experience was horrendous and affects my overall impression of the dealership as a whole. I will not be returning for service and am very hesitant to return for a future purchase.

This is a continuation of my last feedback. I got cut off and submitted prematurely. I am a bit disappointed that I purchased my car certified pre-owned and within 12K miles (purchased with almost 10k miles, car now has 22K), it needed new brakes and rotors costing roughly 1K. I would have thought if the brakes were that close to needing to be replaced, that’s something that would have been noticed and taken care of in the pre-sale certification process. To need new brakes on a car with 22K miles seems a little strange. Thank you, Erik

Great vehicle, dealership, and staff. Unfortunately, my entire experience was wrecked by my XC90 needing new brakes and tires at 22K miles. I won’t be getting another Volvo at the end of my lease. Such a shame, as my wife and I love the XC90 otherwise.

I think your team underestimated the time it would take to repair my car and had to prompted to get all the items completed at one time. The car turned out well in the end, but I should not need to prompt the outcome.

I was in for an oil change only, and it took 2 hours. I also did not appreciate the service rep trying to tell me that there are fluids that need to be changed that the owners manual does not recommend changing.
