Service associates need to say their name when answering the phone. Also if there are recommended annual services not covered by the ‘annual maintenance’ the service associates should inform the customer. My tires weren’t rotated for two years! Last my car wasn’t washed.
I will say the team was very helpful in solving a vibration noise I had since the car was purchased.
