While the work was completed, it was done off schedule. I had stressed when making the appointment that we needed the car the next day for work but day of service we were told we would not get the car back till the next day which then became late evening on the next day so a roof rack and a retractable hitch took two days of work. Again while making the appointment, I stressed if our car could be charged before being returned to us, the clerk taking my call told me he would make note of it. Come fay of drop off, Jasmine informed us that our car was not charged over night for “whatever reason the technician didn’t do it, I’m not sure and we can’t charge it while working on it”. She was incredibly dismissive, short and not pleasant to interact with. Maybe so many of the points I stressed while making the appointment were missed because the clerk who made the appointment was having a separate conversation while on the line with me where I could hear him laughing, not focusing on what I was saying and repeatedly putting me on mute to talk to whomever they were laughing with. The entire experience was of making the appointment took far longer than it should have and was incredibly unprofessional conduct while speaking to a customer. I’m pleased that we were able to find the car that we wanted at McGrath Volvo, Luke our sale rep was also wonderful but I’m not quite sure after the last few days that we will be returning to McGrath for service or future care.

I was not given a copy of the battery report. I did not sign any work order. The tire and battery review took two hours. I expected to be in and out in an hour. Not much of this has to do with Matthew. He was on top of everything and very polite and professional. The issue is more the process.
