Scheduled for a 9:30am oil change. At 11:10 went out side to see what was taking so long. Car was done and never notified. Service guy preceded to belittle my wife. Horrible customer service. But hey, what do you expect, you don't end up working at a car dealership unless you're an incompetent idiot. I'll make sure to never come back or purchase from this group again.

I was completely satisfied working with Alex he’s a great service writer, I wasn’t too happy with Honda I think Honda should’ve picked up the bill ,service bulletin to do a computer upgrade I think that was Hondas responsibility due to that it left the factory not right . Bought a extended warranty and still wouldn’t cover that i’m really going to think hard before I buy another Honda actually this is my third Honda .

I was disappointed my preset appointment for an oil change & check took 2 hours. Waiting room was packed, and is not the most comfortable or pleasant place to wait for this duration. In need of an update.. Secondly, I found oil smudges on my passenger seat and drivers door(light leather interior). I didn’t notice until I was half way home and did not want to drive back after all the time spent waiting! Very careless and sloppy. Not the greatest experience for my first time in your service department..

Went in for an oil change and to get a few recalls fix on my 2016 honda civic. According to my dash oil life display my oil is still at 30%. The rear brake light display is still hanging from the roof and my tire pressure monitor icon is still lit up on dashboard. I left my car there all weekend, which is hard for me to do due to working full time and being in school and it seems like nothing was fixed

No one did anything with our car for two days. When I called for a status update I was told my rep Alex was off but someone would look at the car right away. This was 40 hours after I initially dropped it off. The second rep got back to me quickly but when we went to pick up the car no one could find our keys. Took 20 minutes for someone to find them. I have owned Honda’s for 20 years and the service department has gone downhill. I miss the days of Tom. Will probably try a different Honda dealer for service next time.
