Car was in shop from Tuesday, no call back or information regarding any estimate or status of the vehicle. I called four times but can’t get hold of service advisor. I called in the morning and talked to TJ, I explained problems that engine light is blinking and traction light is on. he said he call me back as soon as vehicle gets dropped there (it was towed). No luck, no call back I called back in the afternoon, to know status, no luck. Can’t leave voicemail as service sections mail box is full. I called in the afternoon to know status, got in touch with advisor. He looked at vehicle and said CJ is the advisor but he wasn’t available and can’t leave voice mail, so he said he will put note on CJ’s desk to call me back, phone number was provided but no luck. No call back, no status on vehicle Called in the evening, front desk lady said, service section is closed so tried to leave voice mail but no luck, voice mail box is full. Called back after few minutes and explained front desk lady that mail box is full then I asked where is my vehicle can I get status but she can’t answer so I asked to talk to sales manager. After few minutes of wait on phone, got hold of Nate (I believe) he said he has no info but he can try to reach service Mananger and call me back. Manager called me back around 8p saying he can’t get hold of service manager, so he will put note on his desk to call me back in the morning. I waited on Wednesday until 4:30, no call back. So I called to get status, no luck, can’t get hold of advisor and can’t leave voicemail Around 5:30 advisor called back saying technician is just touched my vehicle and will call me after initial diagnostics. CJ said, they have so much of backlog and so couldn’t touch vehicle yesterday and till today evening. I asked then what’s the point of appointment and explaining them the issue. CJ called back around 6:30 with diagnostics results, he said it’s P0301 code with 1-4 spark plugs and Honda will cover as warranty. He also suggested timing belt and valve adjustment and plug 5&6 replacement. I was keep asking was is this happened. I yet to receive answer. At night I also emails CJ to call me back and explained me charges. He said because of 7 years mark, he suggest, I asked is technician seeing wear on timing belt? Finally on Thursday late evening, vehicle got ready with extra $800 cost. So, as a customer, I faced inconveniency for two days just because Honda service was back logged and that without informing me and when I tired call, no succes in getting update. In the other hand, I was out of vehicle. If Honda let me know that they do busy and can’t do my vehicle, I could have gone somewhere else. I also, asked the explanation of this misfire, why did this happen, vehicle has only $65,000 miles. Please advise and call back. ****-****-xxxx

Alex kept me waiting for 3 hours for a duplicate key for my Honda Fit. Only to find out, the technican messed up the job. Then he promised me $20 off when I came back today only to come up with some lame explanation about how my key should be $300, but he was going to give me $100 off. A lot of bull, just to get a very expensive key made.

Everything was great but the last time I needed a headlight bulb replaced, the charged me for the bulb only. Today it was $49. But they fit me in without an appt. so that was good I guess.

My car was not ready in a timely matter. They told me it would take about an hour and fifiteen minutes and it took 2 hours to be ready and that’s because I told them I had to pick up my daughter at summer school and I was still 10 minutes late picking her up, my appointment was at 9:30, and I didn’t get checked in until 9:50, waiting in a long line of cars to get checked in. I made the appointment at 9:30 so that by the time I had to pick up my daughter at 11:45 I thought was plenty of time to get my oil changed. I was very upset.

When I called to set up my appointment I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change and my tires rotated. That time was fine. I had a doctors appointment at 2:45 so I set my appointment up for 12:00 noon giving myself extra time of about one hour 15 mins. When I dropped my car off the reception was great! Very friendly and personable. At 2:15 my car still wasn't done. I was talking to Gina and I had her go in to find out what time it was going to be ready. She said it would be ready by 2:30. At 2:30 my car was pulled out of the shop and in the parking lot. I went into the cashiers office to get the paperwork but it wasn't ready. I finally went out to the shop at 2:40 and told the guys I had to leave because I had a doctors appointment in 5 minutes. They said that since this was the first oil change there was no charge. The paperwork still wasn't done so they said they would mail it to me and that I could take the car. When I have had other shops give me an oil change they have always at the very least, vaccummed out the interior and washed the windshield. Since washing the car is free for I guess the first year I would have thought I would have had it done at the service time but that didn't happen either. I didn't get the paperwork so I don't know if the tires got rotated or not. I will find that out when I get the paperwork mailed to me. For the first service call done on my car I was very disappointed. I guess I expected much more than what I got.
