Last week I had a 3rd gear trans pressure switch replaced. As part of that service, I was advised the trans fluid also needed to be replaced. Relying on this advise, I assumed the fluid needed to be drained to get access to replace the switch. After I got home, I reviewed by Honda service records & found out I had the trans fluid replaced less than 3500 miles ago. I also found out you do not have to drain the trans fluid to replace the switch. I feel I should not have had to incur another cost for new fluid & advisor should have checked my records to see when new fluid was replaced. If he had, there would have been no need for new fluid & I would not have had this add’l expense. Finally, I spoke with Ruth last Thursday & explained the above. She assured me someone would connect with me but no one has. I get the sense your advertised desire to get feedback on concerns is just empty rhetoric. I believe The cost of the new trans fluid + labor should be reimbursed to me since this is a cost that never should have been incurred.

From the prompt attention when I arrived, to processing the maintenance I requested, Mike was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. During the time McGrath had my car I received updates on the service a call to notify me one of the repairs I was requesting was not necessary. McGrath has been honest, fair and has built a long-term relationship with my family. We have bought 2 vehicles from them so far and schedule all our maintenance through McGrath.

I have always been happy with the service at this Honda location. The last time I was there about a couple months ago, I didn’t get a chance to fill out a survey. I was satisfied with the tire rotation and oil change (which I assume was done and done correctly). When I saw my "beautiful clean car" up close, however, I was disappointed to see the car wash was done sloppily and several missed spots were visible right away - a small thing, becUse I know the car was us an "extra", but still... it was a little downer as I left thecGrayh Jobda parking lot.
