John told me the bushing service would be 100% paid for on Friday. Then on Monday he did a 180 and said it wouldn't due to mileage. He already knew my mileage when said it would be paid for. Disappointing to say the least. Your dealership doesn't stand by its word apparently. I've been a loyal Honda customer for 13 years.

There is no reason that an oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush should take THREE hours. I felt that my time wasn’t a priority to the dealership. I was quoted that it would take 1.5 hours at most and was not given a reason that it took twice as long. We have only ever gone to Honda since the day we purchased our Cr-V and until today we were very satisfied with the service. Consultants should be taught that communicating with the client is the most important part of service. I’m not sure what has transpired since our last visit but it seems the standards have dropped significantly. I’m not sure we will return for the brake job that is due very soon.
