Issue not resolved. Very unhappy with response from tech line on radio. 1) usb functionality is a documented feature of the radio, don’t tell a customer that the problem stems from that. 2) Radio Frequency Interference is all around us. It’s an engineering issue if that is the cause of the radio resetting itself. Also not based on any factual data. You are grasping at straws. Keep trying.

McGrath exceeded my expectations at every turn and has for 10 years. I had a new advisor this time, John P., but TJ came to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction.
