Demonstration of how to use the remote start would have been nice. My tire pressure gauge still read that there was a low tire. But the service in which I came for was great (getting remote start installed) and they washed my car without being prompted.

When signing off, after the work on my car was completed, I was presented with a $53 dollar bill even though my oil change was covered under the McGrath Advantage program. It took another 10 minutes to print off another bill for me to sign off on the work that was done.
