The service is great, but the time spent for an oil change w an appt is incredibly long. Nearly 1.5 hours for oil and tire rotation , even w the multipoint is a tough sit. Also, the car wash does not seem to reach the rear of the crv’s. The entire rear end was untouched.

Very upset that cheaper NON Honda OEM rotors (~$80 Autozone Duralasts) were at first installed on my vehicle for the same price ($145) as the genuine Honda ones. I was originally told that only Honda pads and rotors would be installed. And, nobody told and contacted me that the Duralasts would be installed instead for some reason. I expect much more from a Honda dealer without having to worry that someone would try to take advantage of me. I came to get my brakes done at a Honda dealer to make sure that genuine Honda parts would be used for the job instead of some aftermarket cheaper parts.
