Bryan My sales person was excellent.He was extremely professional and to the point. Explained everything in detail. I will be buying a second car soon and will definitely come to him. He is the only reason I will return.
I came in at 2 pm Bryan greeted us at the door and by 3pm we had finished negotiations and he had handed in our paper work.
We sat in the dealership after that for hours. Others who came after us were taken care of. We were the last to be seen by the finance team. Anna tried correct the situation but We were already worn out by the experience.
My car did not come with floor mats. All Mitsubishi cars come with that as standard.I had to buy floor mats
The car I turned in had almost 3/4 tank of gas. The one I bought had barely any gas left. I had to buy gas. Most dealerships will at least top off the gas.
Please not this is not a reflection on Bryan or Anna they were both great!!
