Trunk switch was flipped to ‘off’ in my glove compartment area and I couldn’t get into my trunk - called McGrath service center in St Charles and they were no help. Said I needed to bring my car back in as it could be a fuse or battery issue. A simple google search led me to the ‘on’ switch in my glove compartment. Must have been switched off when my air filter was being taken out…. Please be more mindful when servicing cars as well as more aware of simple issues like this that may arise.

A recall replacement part should be the same quality that was on the vehicle. Honda knows the replacement part is faulty, yet it keeps being installed. Lack of listening to the customer regarding the speakers and the issue remains. Said replacement cable for speakers, which isn't possible in time frame it was in the second time. Said replacement battery in key fab, obviously didn't when car wouldn't start-sent image to show. I don't need a video showing my engine when that isn't what it is being brought in for. The clips are now broken from when my dash was opened so once again it has to be brought in. Service is definitely not to the standards it once was.
