During the inspection my recently purchased Honda battery failed, it was installed by Muller. Erin needed the receipt from Muller before it could be replaced, unfortunately Muller was having difficulty locating and emailing to Erin. Erin made multiple calls for several hours but Muller advisor was not responding. Finally I decided to call Muller and was also receiving poor service. After several calls I demanded to speak with a manager, finally I spoke to another advisor that emailed me the receipt and I transferred it to Erin. I appreciated Erin’s persistence dealing with a less than helpful Muller advisor and I am happy my battery has been replaced. Kind regards!!!
