Suggestion: if you see a major problem with maintance. Explain the saverity before the vehicle is processed. I could not afford 700 dollars and a 100.00 dollar oil change. But after the oil change curtis explained the saverity of the back brakes and quoted a price. It was within my budget so had the work done. But that was after I waited an hour for my oil change. This is not a complaint just a "what if" scenario.????

I am always faced with the fear that I am being taken advantage of due to my utter lack of understanding basic car jargon. I have been ripped off in the past because I trusted people who convinced me that repairs were needed when in fact they were not. I was pleased that Bryan took the time to explain what needed to be done and advise me of the repairs that were necessary versus those that can wait. Like most people, I watch the bottom line and if I am made to feel am getting the best possible deal, for things that actually need to be done, I will continue to patronize your business.
