My daughter waited FOREVER!!! They wanted $200 to replace a bulb she is 18 and it left a very bad taste in her mouth. I told her we don’t EVER take that care there, haven’t for years and years. Back to the local guy who is nice and doesn’t rip you off and waste your time. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Since we bought the car we have brought it in twice and both times we had to return because something was not completed correctly. Each time they also stated they would wash the car and this last time they did not do that. It is very frustrating to have to go in 2 times for incompetence

I do appreciate Erin’s efforts on my behalf today but I also want to applaud TJ, Zach and the cashier. I had some questions regarding the final price compared to what I was expecting to pay. The cashier went to get Zach and he explained that prices for my work had gone up last month despite the coupons from Honda. He made everything right before I left the service bay. He didn’t have to do that. Additionally you need to know that the only reason I continue to bring my car to St. Charles for service is TJ. I trust him. He has always gone above and beyond for me and as long as he works there you will have my business I can’t say enough good about the service department. It was my first visit and probably my last. I’m not a chronic survey complainer so this feedback is completely honest. I bought the car in Naperville and have had it serviced there for the past five and a half years and have been absolutely satisfied. We moved to the Fox Valley a few months and wanted to try a dealership closer to home. My service rep was disorganized and seemed confused. When my car was ready I saw it parked outside for ten minutes before I took it upon myself to find someone to get my invoice. When I got to my car it wasn’t washed. Someone had left their Big Gulp in my cup holder and I had to get rid of it. And the last straw was that a rap music station was cranked up on my radio. The rap music doesn’t bother me as much as it makes me wonder how long my car was driven around before I got it back. I spent $330 at your dealership and frankly it’s the absolute worst Honda experience I’ve ever had.

Made an appointment for an oil change. After arriving I waited for someone to help me. The Service Techs working didn't seem to be communicating with each other as they weren't taking people in the order they arrived. They were helping people who walked up to them versus whose car pulled in. Only after I pointed out to them that I was there waiting prior to another person who they started helping did they decide to help me. This nonsense continued to the next 3 people in after me. I waited 87 minutes for my car, and left. When I was 3 miles from my house, my tire pressure light went on. I went back to Honda and pulled in again. They took my car in again and check the tires. They said one tire was 2 pounds off. I questioned how that would happen when they just rotated my tires. The person responded by shrugging his shoulders. I was handed my keys and I left. The later that day, the tire pressure light came on yet again. Not sure why because I check the pressure on all 4 tires and they were all perfect. The amount of time spent at the service department and the attitude of the people is very disappointing. I am not sure what McGrath can do to make me be a repeat customer. What incentive do I have?
