2 hour wait time for an oil change is unacceptable and demonstrates poor customer service. This is the third time I have waited 2+ hours for this type of service. I made an appointment early in the morning hoping to avoid the excessive time it takes your facility to change oil.

We waited 75 for an oil change after having an appointment to get one. It was ridiculous. What is the point of the appointment if you then have to wait 75 minutes? The service was terrible and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Told me most of my complaints for my vehicle were because I bought a bace model vehicle! Also second time I brought in my vehicle with leather wearing excessively issues and they told me that there was nothing they can do. My vehicle only has 10,000 miles on it and it is extremely well-kept! I don’t think the leather should wear that quickly unless it’s not real leather.

One thing was missed, closing the hood properly. Now I wonder what else was missed and/or if maintenance was done properly (like an owner would do)? Do you provide your staff ample time to do their job?
