Explained the issue with car when I arrived at 8:40, received no updates for 3 hours and when I asked was told they would look at it. Another hour later was told conditions weren’t safe for them to drive it to see what the issue was. But was safe for me to drive home on the highway. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours to get a laundry list of things it could be. Then waiting an additional 2 without updates. Very long day to not fix the problem and still have to go to another mechanic.
