Ibraham greeted me when I entered the service lane. He was friendly from the start and made me feel very comfortable. Ibraham explained the paperwork, charges, and anticipated time needed. Ibraham explained the waiting area amenities. When my car work was completed, Ibraham came to waiting, escorted me to his desk and then to my car. I was very impressed by the level of support provided by Ibraham.

I had a problem with the acceleration, it almost sounded like a transmission problem. They were not able to find the problem because it did not happen in the test drive. This cost me$160 for them to tell me we cannot identify the problem.
