I bought my car 4 years ago 2 years prior I bought my wife’s car from you! We’ve only taken our cars to this Honda location! Every time I’ve been there the people( I’ve had them all) more than once! Have been aces gone out of their war to make sure I felt secure in what was taking place with my cars! This was my first time with IB he was awesome as well turned out I needed tires and gave me a better deal than expected

I was told it would be an hour. After an hour and 20 mins I had to go to the service person and was then told oh I was just about to check. Only to wait another 45 mins before it was finally done. Never got an update on the status until I approached someone. So a visit went from an hour to 2 hrs.
Very disappointed as this was one reason why I took my business else where. Then asked about another service and told it would be a couple hundred to later saying almost $700! To reset the dashboard light. That sounds out rages..
Then told I needed a new battery and was going to be almost $300, so I elected not to do and rather go to auto zone and only cost me $180. And they put it in for free!
I may not come back for future services again.
