Martin did an exceptional job. We made sure to explain that the car was only owned for 3 weeks and already had battery issues. Without even asking he took the charge off the battery and labor, so I didn’t have to pay anything.

I made an appt for an oil change and it still took 1hr 45mins, he kept telling me it was coming out of the car wash so I was stuck waiting in the carport for 15 of those mins as well….I thought they’d at least wipe my dash down because I was told free oil changes and detailing when I bought the vehicle. When I called back to acquire about the no detailing or the no oil change stickers in the window he was just sarcastic. This is the third time I’ve dealt with him and I find him very annoying and rude. I would’ve rather been told beforehand that it would be two hours for the oil change being they don’t carry Nissan filters there either.
