This was my first time visiting this dealership, I have had a few negative experiences at other Honda dealerships. But today was a great experience.Jason was outstanding. He has great people skills and an extremely kind demeanor. He explained everything that was needed on my car and kept me updated while I waited for my car to be ready. I had you test battery twice in the last 6 months and you assured me it was good. It failed less than 90 days after last test (in a heated garage no less) but after jumping it to get over there your "tester" once again indicated it was good. So much for your battery warranty.

My service person Ibraham told me he would not accept a coupon from McGrath Honda of st Charles for an oil change. He lied and said that they use different oil and they do not accept coupons from other dealers.I called a few McGrath dealers and everyone said they accept all coupons from competitors let alone another McGrath Honda dealer in the area. They also told me that the oil used on my crv is the same at each dealer.I Ibraham told me they use different blends which was a lie. All in all I guess I am not satisfied with the dishonest service I received and I hope that my service rep doesn’t rip more people off.
