The process to picking up the loaner car was way to long. My wife dropped off the car at 6:55am for the 7:00am appointment. The service department checked her in promptly and then she went over to get the loaner. My wife finally received the loaner at 7:50am and missed her 8:00am meeting. The rest of the process was seemless the vehicle was fixed promptly.
