Everytime we have brought our car in there is an issue. This time I made an appointment for an oil change, asked him if we still had one covered and he told me yes I have 1 more for free. We bring it in and when it's ready they asked me to pay. Finally get it fixed but they said they rotated my tires and I have to pay for that. Did not make an appointment for a tire rotation...so finally got it all fixed but not without attitude from the workers which is the worst part. It's something everytime and it's disappointing.
