Roberto was great. He didn't try to sell me anything extra or require me to have anything done to my car but didn't need it. I really appreciate that! I told him I was in a hurry and they accommodated me!

Service rep was seemed nice and efficient. We are extremely disappointed that we were told our tires need replacing. We have just under 26,000 miles on the CRV. We were told today that the quality of McGrath’s tires varies. But....we bought a Touring which shouldn’t be low-end tires, right? Our last vehicle had Goodyear tires and we asked to change them out at 115,000 miles. We’re not used to this low quality.

I had the check engine light and emission maintenance message come on. Took the car to Mcgrath for service and I could not get the car in that day. I had to wait a week to get the car in to have the problem looked at. After the car was looked at the problem was not fixed other that replacing the gas cap.
