The car wash doesn't dry the car at all. And the car wash broke the trim on the top of the car.

Very upset as to how the manufacturer dealt with this recall. Honda did not have the parts in your dealership when I brought the car in 2 months ago even though I was alerted on the Honda App. to make an appointment at that time. When I was alerted 2 months later that the parts were available tour dealership did not have the parts in stock until I brought the car in and the VIN number was submitted. The part that was shipped was not installed due to damage to the part. My 2019 Honda Fit was in you service facility for one week unti lthe part was reshipped. This was very poorly handled by the manufacturer and I will seriously decided on a different car as a result of this experience. I currently own Infiniti, Subaru, Genesis and Mazda Cars and I have had recalls issued for some of these cars but NEVER anything like this inexcusable experience. John C
