Monika was outstanding. She not only performed her job very well, but she went the extra mile to answer several questions about our 2019 CRV Touring Vehicle and even met me in the Sales Dept to have a salesman explain an issue about Honda Sensing (audible backup warning) that she wasn’t sure of. ....It turns out that this accessory is not available from the factory on the CRV.... We were very pleased with her service...
