He was extremely courteous on my initial inspection and oil change. He did not pressure me to return for the maintenance service. I actually had to ask him if he was commissioned and told him I would make sure he gets the credit for my rescheduling. He did not pressure me in any way when I balked at returning, but I made sure I did and credited him. He also found me a better discount coupon than the one I had

This is not related specifically to Gerardo but rather to the service center in general. When we bought the car in early June 2020, the battery was flagged as a potential issue on the inspection report. It was checked and supposedly the result was that the battery was in fine shape. 2 months into owning it, the car wouldn’t start. It had to be towed into McGrath and the result of the 2nd inspection was that the battery was still fine but just needed to be charged. A week later the car wouldn’t start again. This time I was away from home with my whole family. AAA came to jump the battery and their report showed that the battery was dead and couldn’t hold a charge. Took the car into Honda and they replaced the battery free of charge. I appreciate not being charged for the work but would have rather the issue wither the battery been spotted when we first bought the car. It was clearly a bad battery if it went dead within two months.
