They did several hundred dollars worth of work that I did not ask for nor approve, and my car was returned with a broken fog light.

Better consistency with staff use of masks (over nose and mouth) and disinfectant of vehicles and high touch surfaces as protocol. Several employees wore under chin, under nose, or not at all. I did not feel comfortable and will likely try an other dealer that plays it safer for customers. Everything else was good.

I did have a concern that multiple employees were walking about with out a Mask. One man just carried his red mask. One man was at the cashier counter twice without a mask. Others just went up and down the hallway. One woman walked by me and into the service area went I first arrived. This is very disappointing that full participation is not taken seriously. I did speak to the cashier about this and she asked if I needed to speak with the manager. I declined. But now I wish I had. WE ALL NEED TO STAY SAFE. WEAR A MASK ALWAYS, PLEASE.
