*We had a 7am appointment for an oil change Friday July 17th. I have shared this experience with service manager Tom. Ray ‘dropped the ball’ throughout the service time...4 days. Didn’t inform my waiting husband that our simple oil change was going to be more extensive for almost 2 hours. Offered a loaner, went to secure it but my husband had to go find him after waiting some time..Ray said he forgot about the loaner. Took loaner home. Waited at home for a call for what was wrong ...he never called and we had to call him to find out what was going on..Ray said he left a message regarding the ‘noise our car was making’...no, it was an oil change. But he didn’t..he admitted calling the wrong customer and leaving the message. Then told us we had to pay for work...looking at the wrong file. No, we have an extended warranty. He says he’d have to call the company and verify then called us back to verify we were right. Said he’d call us Monday to update us. No call. We called at 4 and found out Ray left at noon without calling or having someone else call us. Never have we had such poor service..not at all what I believe is the McGrath Honda way.

The loaner car we were provided with was very dirty. It had shredded cheese between the front seats and crumbs on the back seats along with thr floor. Especially during the times of COVID, I would have assumed a wipe/vacuum would have been standard.

My service representative, Gerardo, didn’t remember me when I came back to pick my car up. He grabbed a clip board again thinking I was a new customer... When the vehicle was ready I came back, he then said they’d make sure it was washed when it came out; it was not! I then tried to take it through the car was and nobody was there to help. Also, my tire pressure lights were still on, and now I have to bring it back tomorrow. Not the best service for a simple oil change!

My only concern is that the loaner I received was dirty, In these times I think that needs to be addressed by whoever runs the loaner program as that is a potential problem.

Charged me $100 last week cause there was an “engine oil leak” n had to clean up the mess
So they told me to come back today to see where the oil leak was at and surprisingly today they come back to me saying there was no oil leak n that it was just a messy job from the last oil changes I’ve done in that location. So bye bye $100

I tried to do the survey but I’m unable to access it. Jason was very thorough in his explanations and he had the work completed in a timely fashion. I was happy with my latest experience at Honda.
