I brought my car in because the air conditioner was not working. I was informed there was an extended warranty on the condenser if that was found to be faulty. It was and I was told it would be replaced for free. I was then informed I had a faulty compressor and hose as well. I find it incredibly hard to believe that all main components of the air conditioner are all failing at the same time, let alone the fact that there are only 25,000 miles on the car. I was told it would cost $2,038.00 to fix the remaining Issues in addition to the $1,100 for the warranty condenser. This is my third Honda and I have never had any problems with the air conditioner before 100,000 miles. I contacted your headquarters to file a complaint and was told there was nothing they could do since the car was outside the 3 year warranty. It is very hard to put any trust in your dealership when you tell me I’m to pay over $2,000 to fix a problem that may have Very well derived from your faulty condenser. What a scam! I contacted my local mechanic for a quote to fix the compressor and hose and it was less than half of what I was quoted by Honda. When I called McGrath back to tell them to only fix the condenser I was asked if I wanted to negotiate the repair price. What the hell is that? I will never bring my car to McGrath again.

You guys do a great job that is why I bought my car from you. Looking for one for my wife do I will be stopping. The problem with the touch screen is strange but I bought the warranty from your dealership because electronics can be a pain. If the issue persists I will call you as I said your dealership is great.
Please look up the last two tech guys that talked to me when I brought my car in. They are doing a great job. I have been under some stress from other things going on and it’s just sometimes you have to get your mind thinking. Again your guy recommended the warranty so that is a benefit that was well worth it.

Was told 24-48 hours for diagnosis and was not contacted until after warranty work was completed 5 days later (dropped off Wednesday morning, was not contacted until Monday). Called several times for updates without answer. Was told on Friday diagnosis would be completed that day (it was not). When service advisor called on Monday, he said that the manager said he called me on Friday or Saturday which never happened. I understand that you may be busier than usual but there needs to be an organization of the schedule to prevent cars from sitting without any work done for 3 days.
