Gerardo was excellent! Very personable and was very clear about the full costs up front which was very appreciated. He applied a discount ( without me asking for one) which was deeply appreciated since my husband is out of work right now.
My only concern unfortunately is that upon pickup of my vehicle the person helping me was not wearing a mask or distancing which made me very uncomfortable. As an RN and the primary caregiver for my 84 year old mother I would please urge you to ask all of your associates to wear masks when dealing directly with customers. Thanks for the great service!

Over all I am not fond of dealership service. I know it is necessary to maintain a well running car. Issue I have is more of a full Honda experience.
All Honda dealerships should be able to see service items done on my car or any Honda vehicle. It is very disappointing when you go to a Honda dealership with a Honda auto Mobile and they tell you that they cannot see any service done to your car because it wasn’t done at their dealership.
Then from that they tell you that you need certain services completed to your car that were completed already at a different dealership. This is very upsetting and I would think and feel coming from Honda such a large auto maker that something like this would be simple to rectify.
My experience with Guillermo was excellent, thank you.

Car was not completed as promised. It was a warranty repair and dropped it off Friday and was promised by Saturday. No one called and I called at 4:40 and service was closed and they cannot say why it was delayed. I have to pick up Monday and car was also washed. My service agent said he will have the car washed.

Nick was just fine. He listened and we came up with a little plan for future maintenance. One thing that has really started to anger me is the car was is perpetually never working. It’s been like this for years even when I leased the car. Stop offering it and never getting it accomplished. It’s beyond frustrating. Get a new car wash or shut it down completely. You say you offer it but then always say sorry it was broken. It’s time to do something about the lousy car wash situation.
