Ray was very helpful, but forgot to apply my 20% coupon. I’m more irritated that the cashier kept giving me mis-information when I asked her about the billing breakdown & kept insisting that the coupon was applied when it was not. Luckily Ray came by and addressed the error. Now I’m stuck trying to get a refund. It would have been nice if the cashier would have looked into my concern instead of telling me the wrong thing.

I have been getting my car serviced at your dealership since I bought the car, I had no issues until the other day. I was very pleased to have had Jason today as my advisor. He was very nice, genuine, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. He was conscious of the fact that I had an appt. at 1:00 and needed to leave by 12:15. When it looked like my car wasn’t going to be ready in time, he put me in a loaner car and I was able to leave to arrive at. my appt. in time. The service team wasn’t taking any of the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID. The man who helped me (as well as at least 75% of the other service staff) weren’t wearing masks, there was no sanitizing done before taking my car, and when it was given back the man driving it wasn’t wearing gloves and nothing had been wiped down. As someone with asthma and an autoimmune condition this was very stressful and I am concerned for the health and safety of myself and those working for you. It wasn’t reassuring that I had to drive my car home knowing other people had been touching it and it hadn’t been sanitized. I had to spend time wiping down the inside of my car to ensure that I felt safe.
Additionally, I was handed a packet that explained the inspection they did but no one bothered to go over it with me either over the phone or when I got there despite the fact that they are recommending about $1000 worth of work on a car that I’ve barely had for a year. I will be taking the packet to a different service provider and having them look at it. I was extremely unimpressed by how your dealership handled my service during COVID and I won’t be returning for service again.
