It took 90 minutes for a simple oil change way to long. Not happy with the service. Also a lot of your service people walked around with no masks very unsafe I do not think I will be back. Some one needs to address this issue. When you make your customer wait that long for a simple oil change is ridiculous. Not a very happy person.

Service dept. listed off almost two thousand dollars worth of work they deemed necessary to be completed. I really question that as I have taken good care of my CRV.
That action, in turn, affected the trade in value I was offered by Mohammed.
(Only 8,000, 8500, then 8750)
The next dealership I went to looked over my car for 30-60 minutes and offered 9000. This was acceptable to me as the low end of KBB was 9,200.
I left your dealership feeling confused, it seemed as if service and sales management were trying to rip me off.
(My sales rep. Michael M. was great, no problems there.)
I will probably not come back to McGrath because of Mohammed. He never introduced himself, only gave figures to Mr. Malak to pass along to me. (a pandemic and he was too busy?)
I found the EXACT same car(different color) at another dealership where the list price was 2,200 cheaper, and final payment after choosing extra warranty, getting 4.4% interest rate and a payment of about $180 less per month!!!
I’m sorry to say I don’t think I’ll bring my car business back to a McGrath dealership.
