Bryan was excellent right from the start. He explained everything that would be serviced on my car and all the details associated with each part of the Honda inspection. Whole processed was repeated when I came in to pick up my car. I could not be happier with the service Bryan provided as well as McGrath Honda. Thank you Bryan and Team!!!

I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. I end up just getting oil change due to the ethos already out of free tire rotations. I put my wheel lock with thw key and i drove back home without realizing the wheel lock is not with me. So i contacted jaxxon and he help me find it on my car. I know i did. Ot look at the glove compartment because it was together with the key when it got serviced. He did extra time looking at my missing wheel lock and I appreciate what he done. I always bring my car for service here because of people like him. Thank you you earned my business.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for a recall and specifically requested a loaner with a third row as I have 3 kids. I was assured this would be no problem and they asked to book further out so they could accommodate. i showed up to my appointment this morning and no 3 row loaner was available and there did not seem to be any care for the inconvenience by anyone except for Jerry. I canceled my appointment and will never be back to this dealer
