I have one issue my paint somehow got scratched off my steering wheel while the car was being working on it’s not that big of a deal but these things keep adding up I barely had this car and damages pop up no matter what I do park at work or take in my car to get an oil change

For one, Jason is not Jerry. Complete opposite in fact which is an amazing thing. Builds great rapport, provides great customer service, has great communication, and worked with me on the cost of labor in regards to competitors. He also has a great personality. You have a great employee on your hands.

As a first time customer; the wrong oil weight was noted on the receipt. I called and spoke with my advisor as she assured me the right oil weight was used. The paperwork was to be straightened out and sent for my records. I still feel uneasy about how true this all is but I was told the dealer is willing to take the risk of causing engine damage/failure to an already 260+k old engine that requires 5w30 full synthetic oil but noting on the receit they installed 5w20 maybe conventional/full synthetic? Wasnt specified. If for any reason my veichle behaves differently or causes any concerns with engine trouble I will be seeking compensation for damages to this establishment. Needless to say I think you have a great system in place for service. My advisor was kind and professional. Unlike the other gentleman to her sides who were bad mouthing clients after they hung the phone up with them. They seems like spoiled kids who talk bad behind their parents back and it was quite untasteful. The sales men and women seemed very professional and on their game. Just not sure why some veichles were locked in the show room. What's the point? Overall experience was fair. Pricing was competitive but higher than chevy dealer. I was honestly hopefull when I saw the banner outside advertising oil changes for all makes and models: I realize now I would not recommend to others when you can't get an oil change right the first time. Nor would I consider taking my other veichles here for service. Probably as bad as Jiffy lube when they left the oil cap off that one time. I do appreciate a company that reaches out and tries to become a better company overall so thank you for the follow up. Best regards, Miguel R

Appreciated the call to come in for service and same day service!

Had the vehicle washed at the dealership, (not by Jerry), and the back end was still very dirty. Didn't notice until I was home.

Repair was completed quickly and vehicle return was great ????
