Took almost 2 hours for an oil change. I had an appt and arrived 15 mins early. Didn't matter. Then the service guy, Eric told me things I already knew needed to get done on my car. He stated and showed me exorbitant prices for services that my car needed. I mentioned I had an appt at Pep Boys to get my wheel alignment done next week and would get an estimate there. He commented that if I didn't get Honda brakes I'd have "issues and noise with after market brakes".
Also per the paperwork they gave me my in cabin air filter needed to be replaced. Not true since we just replaced it ourselves last month. But they charge $64.99 plus tax to do that so I'm sure that's why they put it there. Just bananas. Have purchased 2 cars here but will no longer utilize your service department or get my next car here.

I made arrangements to leave work at 3:00 (early)Friday to get to a 4:45 appointment at your dealer. I was told that there was an oil leak at my oil change two weeks prior and made the appointment on Wednesday for Friday. I would have expected the car to be looked at at that time I had the appointment but it was not. It wasn’t even looked at until 12noon on Saturday. Had I known this I would have brought it over Saturday morning and not taken personal time Friday to leave work early. This is not respectful of my time.
