I feel taken advantage of! I bought a brand new van and havd an issue with the lane assist. I explained to two people the problem I was having. We Roberto called me to tell me my van was fixed, and that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the lane assist. I asked him if the car was driven on the highway under the same conditions as I explained in detail. He said yes, then he said wasn’t sure and had to check. He called me the next day and said yes we took your van on the highway and on the side streets many times and couldn’t find the issue. I don’t believe him since there is only an 8 mile difference on the car as to when I picked it up. So there is absolutely no way that my van could have been tested on the highway and the side streets as I was told.

Speedometer malfunctioned - under original mfg warranty - Pictures were not enough evidence of problem. Then what is? The fact that Honda would not support the repair until a technician witnessed the problem first hand and the fact it took the technicians 1 week actually take the time to 1st hand witness the problem will make me think 2x about purchasing another Honda. Then wrong part ordered. 2 weeks later I get car my back without proper investigation into Apple car play problem. Service manager was very customer focused.

Terrible experience. No explanation on how to resolve the issue I brought to them and I had to go to the manager to figure out what I can do to get this resolved. Paid a lot of money for them to tell me nothing and top off the refrigerant so that it can keep leaking and need to be fixed somewhere else since I am moving out of state. Also, I was given someone else's multipoint inspection with their personal information on it on accident so I wonder how secure my information is with them.
