I came in to get an oil and Filter Change. It was about 3:15 pm. Bryan had to inquire with his manager whether or not they could get me in and out considering they close at4 pm. Manager stated it was okay and would get my car in and out in no time... I appreciate that they did this. It would have been no problem for me to come back since I was cutting it close so I am grateful they were able to get me in.

Brought car in with multiple warning lights. Was not first or second time experiencing issues. Was told nothing wrong. Intermittent error. Drive car despite warning lights that say not to drive and no brakes. Had multiple pictures and lights on upon arrival, but wasn’t enough. Couldn’t be more disappointed in service. Feel like car is unsafe to drive, not knowing if warning lights are serious or just part of the “error”. At least my family will be able to sue Honda if I die from my brakes not actually working when I’ve been told the codes mean nothing.
