I was disappointed to learn I could only use one service coupon per visit. I admit I missed it in the fine print. I guess I should of divided the requested work up and made separate appointments.
The loss of all my change out of the coin holder makes me question whether I can trust the requested work was actually performed.

I was made to feel inferior and ashamed with the impatience shown by staff when they were unable to start my vehicle, due to the BAIID system installed. I explained it 3 times to 3 different people. This is not my first oil change since the system has been installed. The other McGrath had no problem with it and did not make me feel bad about it either.
I then get my car back. No new window sticker for future maintenance and my 'Maintenance Req' light is still on. It was never reset.
I am very disappointed with the service this time around. I will not be returning

You asked the question using "completely satisfied" It wasn't a big deal but I was asked twice, do I want the car washed to which I said yes. After I paid my car was not in the bay for me to drive away, I had to ask where it was. A porter fetched it, I drove off and realized, hey no car wash. To change subjects I really don't like being punished for the stupidity of others in the car wash. I would have gotten the car washed myself but would have had to turn around, go back in, get out, have someone do it and so on. So there ya go, other than this little thing everyone was very professional and did a good job. I have problem with the company or Ray, I will be back no worries. And please don't call me to discuss, it's not worthy of a conversation. Thank you.

Typically when I take in my car for maintenance my car gets a car wash without asking me which is great. Unfortunately today that was not the case if they complimentary there shouldn’t be a reason why the customer would have to ask . I can understand it was a busy day but next time ask or explain it might take a bit longer for the car wash due to being so busy, that’s all it takes. Other than that the representative that helped me was great.

I did an oil change Thursday and found panel under engine not replaced correctly and screw for panel missing. If it was missing it should have been replaced. You have them in stock. Had to stop and purchase one Friday. Sloppy work...
