I asked if there were any discounts today of my extra maintenance services. My customer service said no. I said I was on the website and it looks like there are. He said oh yes you are correct. I just feel I am always bringing to your attention. My tire situation… I purchased my tires at McGrath… I do all my oil changes At McGrath. You never asked if I wanted a tire rotation as I would as I thought the service department let me now what needs to be done. Now I have to purchase new tires because all my service at McGrath it wasn’t done. The customer service that you don’t have our back-is not great.

I honestly avoid the visiting the mechanic or the dealership at all costs, due to past experience (not at this location). During this visit, Jason was the absolute best! As he was checking my car he asked me how everything was going if I had any concerns and also made small talk. Throughout the entire process he kept making sure everything was under control. If I find myself having to come in for any work I will make sure to ask for Jason! I recommend him 20/10! :)
