No discussion needed. It’s just expensive. Everyone was nice.and friendly and I felt hat they’re sincere with their gestures. Ray and Scott were great. I had to wait for my keys for a good while. Did not mind because everyone was trying to help find it. Scott has excellent service skills, phone or in person.

I was disappointed with the service yesterday. I requesteded the battery to be returned back to me and put back in the car and it was not there once the car was ready to be picked up. I also requested the radio code at the beginning of the service and that was not done either. It took so much time for all of this, probably closer to 2 hours or so.
So my question-how can I really trust your service and care for my car and my needs and requests? Thank you.

So long story short we were concerned our CRV was burning excessive oil amounts. Called and spoke to Matt, service manager, about the concern. He stated they could run a compression test. I agreed. They weren't able to get my car until 9/12. We dropped the car off the night before due to busy working schedules. I requested a courtesy car but was told for services that only take an hour they dont give courtesy cars out. Matt told me by 10 a.m. they would have a diagnosis.
I reached out at 1130 and spoke with Patrick because they hadn't reached out to me yet. On the phone I was told I have no oil leak and the compression test wasnt done. First, I knew I didnt have a leak. I have no spots on my garage floor. When I questioned why the test wasnt dont all he could tell me is they checked the dip stick and my oil level was adequate. My oil level was below the lowest marker on the dip stick. Not sure how that is adequate? I come from a family of mechanics and i was taught at 16 how to check and change my own oil. After questioning what they did Patrick stated they added oil to my car. I questioned why they would have to add oil to a car that already had an adequate oil level. He didnt have a reason for me. He stated he'd have them run the compression test and it would take 2 hours.
I call back at 2 and spoke with Patrick again. This time to find out they got side tracked with a different car.
After I received another call from a different manager stating levels on the compression test were fine and it's normal for hondas to use a quart of oil for every 1000 miles. The fact mine is using more didnt seem to be a concern to them.
Sure looks like to me they added more than the 1/2 quart of oil they stated over the phone. They also reset my oil life in the car. Not sure why this was done since the oil life was only at 60 % and an oil change wasnt done.
