My wife and I feel that the service team targeted her as a person to take advantage of due to her lack of experience with automobiles. She was only planning on getting an oil change and a new FOB. The service team managed to increase the entire service call to more than 500 USD. This is what I refer to as predatory on the part of McGrath Honda service team. Rather than best serving your customers you take advantage of them. That is not service I am used to when I visit McGrath and I was disappointed in your organization. I will be certain to do my utmost to inform people of the need to be cautious when dealing with McGrath

Today I had my vehicle serviced with the interior detail work. Prior to this I was told that the job included cleaning my cloth seats. However, when I went to pick up the vehicle, it seemed as though that was not the case (front seats). As I was about to have a final observation, I noticed that my floor mats were not in the vehicle. Chris, the service rep, retrieved them and reduced the price. He was very helpful. The rest of the interior appeared to have been serviced quite well. Yet I was disappointed with the treatment for the front cloth seats.
