Jerry was fantastic. The problem i have with this service appointment is that someone emptied out a container of coins I had in the car while it was there. There was only a few dollars in there, its the point that it was taken. I've been with McGrath Honda since 1995 and never had a problem like this

It was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE when CHRIS HOULIS greeted me with a smile in the service entry when I drove my CRV in for an oil change. He immediately opened the door, and while escorting me to the service desk, inquired about why I brought my car in. He was pleasant while explaining the current vehicle updates. I was escorted to the waiting area. He updated me as to when the service would be complete.
