When I came to pick up the vehicle there were issues with the repair. When I opened the "repaired" door a piece of rubber (appeared to be a mangled stopper) fell out of the door onto the floor of the car. The door warning lite on the dash was still on, and the door would not stay open unless held open, would close as soon as you let go of the door... dangerous for kids getting in and out of the sliding door. Service Advisor and Tech were not available on Saturday when I picked up and was told they would call me on Monday morning... it is now 11:37am on Monday and I am still waiting on the call.

Chris was great. He was pleasant to work with and friendly. This review in NO way reflects HIS service. However, I brought my Odyssey in tonhave the recall taken care of. When I called the make the appointment, I asked if my car seats had to be take out. I was told no. Then, when I went to leave with my two small children, I found that both seats had been removed leaving me stranded at the dealership until I could find someone to install them again. Before removing ANY car seat, the owner should be notified. This is a horrible practice.
